We now define “Classic Monster” as (1) any early black-and-white monster that was (2) replicated in every medium and (3) well-know to every child and also human-sized. We can determine this list, the list of Properly Classic Monsters, by striking out any model in the Aurora Sixteen that does not meet these criteria. The result is ELEVEN —
