Steps

Note: This is my first try so I’m only using 200 mg CBD crystal.

We will dissolve this into 5 ml of PG and then top it off with more PG to reach 10 ml. Because I am only making 10 ml in this demo, the specs will be different. Dissolving 200 mg CBD in 10 ml PG (propylene glycol) produces a CBD concentration of 10 mg/ml. There are 100 strong puffs in a 0.5 ml (10 mg) e-pen cartridge, so this particular concentration will deliver 0.1 mg CBD per dose.

(When you make your full 30 ml bottle, just melt all 1000 mg into 10 ml of PG, and then top off to 30 ml.)

You can also add flavor drops at this stage. But I like to experiment with flavor in tiny 1 ml batches—using the divots in a cheap paint palette. Flavors are good between 2–20% of volume, so use 1–4 drops per ml. This is an easy system. If you label the divots, you can keep notes.
