1. Get centered and cast your rod

Stand in the center of your circle. Then posit the great Ungrund or Source or Thou as the supreme Other as a sparkling ball of white light at the greatest possible distance—if possible, at the position of the CMBR.

2. Import the goodness

Touch your forehead to bring the light-energy there and make the Sign of the Cross. As you touch your chest, the light floods down to your feet. As you do your shoulders, the light expands there and make a cross-like shape.

3. Draw the pentagrams while saying God’s names

Facing east, draw the Banishing Pentagram of Earth. Then poke its center and intone Yod-Heh-Vav-Heh! With arm still out, rotate right and draw another pentagram. Repeat till east again.

You are using God to kick all shit-energy and bad stuff out of your body. God kicks all ass so this cleaning cannot fail.

4. Spread you arms in a cross and say archangel names

Before me, RAPHAEL. Behind me, GABRIEL. To my right hand, MICHAEL. To my left hand, AURIEL.

Visualize these towering angels in their proper colors, the colors of the elements corresponding to the directions. They are good guys protecting you. They are strong and keep all bad stuff out.

5. Cross your arms over your chest at affirm that Atman is Brahman

Cross your arms and say,

For about me flames the pentagram and in the column shines the Six Rayed Star.

The “around” and “in” here indicate the two opposed dimensions of dualism. In the horizontal direction (representing 3-space generally) you have blown everything bad away with God energy. Everything upsetting (all sympathetic nervous response and impulses counter to your rational volition) has evaporated as the God power burst out from the circle all the way to the circumference of space. Your universe is crystal clear; the slate is blank; reason can prevail.

And in the vertical direction, the column, you are one with God—an infinitely tall column of that original bright and sparkling goodness.
