Anyone can be great. All it requires is vipassana—to eliminate the threat of other people’s judgment, and your own.
At any given moment, there is the pressure of feeling and the intention to escape.
Resist your proclivity to run from the pressure and towards the escape—there is a course of action that will lead to success! This course of action is giving your awareness to the pressure of anxiety and loving it.
Specifically, success comes by successfully practicing vipassana on body sensations that are produced by the threat of multiple others in agreement against you.
