A God is just the Third Dynamic as unitary protagonist. People can be so immersed in team play that a new entity (the team) emerges, even as brains command separate bodies. Because Gods arise originally as projections of tribal co-consciousness, every God is a priori aware that other gods exist. Gods arise already aware of competing gods because every tribe knows that “this is our way” only if it knows that other tribes do things differently. Others arise as opportunities for self-definition, and Gods are a priori jealous because the first person plural is self-conscious only in reference to other group minds.
