Mindfulness

Your choices create your future.

Every moment is full of potential consider and choose.

Consider means sense, perceive, announce, compare, and reflect. To consider is to make a meaning in a context.

The next time you notice that automaticity is running you, what will you do? You might tell a story about your proclivities: “I am this way because …” Or you might let tanha drive you without inhibition—that is, you might just give yourself over to the impulse.

Try this instead. Feel the impulse, formulate its mission statement, and have compassion for it. Then recall your official mission statement, your commitment in the matter, and feel its impulse.
