Our first onion soup

French onion soup

3 Tbsp olive oil

4 cups chopped onions

4 garlic cloves, peeled

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried thyme leaves

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

1/2 cup dry white wine

6 slices baguette bread

4 slices Swiss cheese

Chop the onions and put them in a non-stick skillet with 3 Tbsp olive oil:

After 8 minutes of this, add your garlic cloves, salt, thyme, and pepper:

Pour the beef broth and wine into the Vitamix:

Keep stirring the onion mixture until things get transparent and the garlic gets really soft:

Throw it into the Vitamix and blend at level 10 for 6 minutes:

Now blend on high for 6 minutes. This will make it really hot:
